What is a Self Storage Facility?
This is similar to the Self-storage concept in the United States. However, we cannot attach the word “Self” to our brand because we want our customers to have the outmost convenience and reliable service that Safehouse Storage offers. We offer packing and moving from your place to our facility. Moreover, we also offer assistance with the transfer of your things to your specific storage unit. Safehouse Storage is your Personalised Storage Solution. This is true because unlike other local moving and storage companies, we assign you to your own private storage unit. You can visit your storage unit with NO ACCESS FEE. It is also convenient, accessible, and secured.
Where is Safehouse Storage located?
Safehouse Storage is located at the 4th floor VFP 1 Bldg Veterans Center, Taguig City. This is just 10-15 min away from Global City and the Makati Business district. We also have another branch located in Q.C., very near SM North Edsa.
What is the minimum number of months that I could lease out the storage unit?
You could lease the unit on a month to month basis.
When can I bring in or get my belongings?
Our facility is open 7 times a week (Monday-Sunday) from 8:00am to 6:00pm. For access after 6pm, there will be a fee of P200.00.
Can you pack our things?
Yes we can. Our staff is highly skilled when it comes to packing furniture and other items. We can supply all your packaging needs from bubble wrap, corrugated carton sheets, carton boxes and fiber boards to ensurethat your fragile items are well-protected and secured.
What is the procedure for bringing in or pulling out items?
You will notify us in writing one (1) day in advance if you are going to the facility If you are sending someone, please have him/her bring an authorization letter and a valid I.D We are also requiring you to fill-up our logbook with the following details: The person who visited the facility, date and time of visit, the items moved-in or moved-out.
Do you offer Insurance?
We offer insurance with a coverage starting from P100,000 to insure your peace of mind in the event of mishaps. Having an insurance is optional You can also opt to have your own insurance.
Do you have trucking services?
Yes we do. Just inform us in advance if you want to avail of our trucking service. The service includes one driver and one hauler.
What are the different storage unit sizes?
We have units ranging from 2cbm (locker type units) to 90 cbm units (check our storage sizes for more info).
